Our Pouilly Fumé
originates from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.
It is made from a blend of grapes from three terroirs: the marl soils referred
to as "little oysters", Villiers limestone and siliceous-clayey soils.
This blend provides aromatic complexity characterized by a range of aromatic
notes which include citrus, peaches, pears and acacia.
Serve between 10 and 12 °C.
Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood, oysters, smoked fish or foie gras.
